A while back (well, actually, more than a year ago) i launched a small website for one of my student projects: QRDemo.com:
This project showcases possible applications of QR Code recognition on cellphones, with a focus on referencing online resources using QR Codes.
You can find a java midlet for decoding qr codes on your cameraphone and a couple demos there, so if you always wanted to try out qr codes on your phone or want to showcase them to someone unfamiliar with the technology , this might be to your liking.
